Dr. Gary Mauro
Dr. Mauro continually proves his commitment to his patients through his quality care for their podiatric needs. Dr. Mauro received his Bachelor of Science degree from St. John's University. He then attended the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine where he recieved his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine in 1977. His residency was completed at Kern Hospital. Dr. Mauro is a Diplomate of the American College of Foot Surgeons as well as a member of various organizations in his field. Dr. Mauro is the Chief of Podiatry at St. John Macomb Hospital. Dr. Mauro is on staff at St. John Macomb Hospital and Troy Beaumont Hospital.
Dr. Ann Spriet
Dr. Spriet is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. She is a graduate of the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine and completed a two year surgical residency at Kern Hospital in Warren, Michigan. Dr. Spriet also trained under the Diabetic Foot Centers of America from 1993 to 1995. She is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association as well as the Michigan Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Spriet is on staff at St. John Macomb Hospital and and Troy Beaumont Hospital.

Dr. Gene Caicco
Dr. Gene Caicco originates from Sault Ste. Marie Ontario, Canada. He attended The University of Western Ontario, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 1990. He then attended the California College of Podiatric Medicine and graduated as a Podiatrist (DPM) in 1994. His surgical residency was completed in 1996 at Kern Hospital in Warren MI. During residency, Dr.Caicco had specialized training in the management of the diabetic foot through the Diabetic Foot Centers of America. He has been in private practice in Warren since 1996. Dr.Caicco decided to merge his practice to form Warren Podiatry in July of 2015. Dr.Caicco has been the director of the three year surgical residency program for Podiatry at St. John Macomb-Oakland Hospital since 2013. He also maintains staff privileges in the DMC system.
Dr. Wissam Dimachk
Dr. Wissam Dimachk was raised in Dearborn, Michigan and completed his undergraduate degree at Wayne State University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Dr. Dimachk’s passion in human health, conjoined with his affinity for detail-oriented work led him to podiatry. He completed his post-graduate medical training at New York College of Podiatric Medicine. He then completed a three-year surgical residency with emphasis on rearfoot and ankle reconstruction at St. John Macomb Hospital in Warren, Michigan, where he graduated as Chief Resident. His specialty interests consist of both elective and trauma-related foot and ankle surgery, arthroscopic procedures, diabetic limb salvage, wound care, and sports medicine. Dr. Dimachk is board certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. Dr. Dimachk also specializes in minimally invasive surgeries such as minimally invasive bunion procedures and forefoot reconstruction.
